All services, rentals, availability, pricing, and event bookings are subject to confirmation and approval by Hill Country Sips. Submitting an inquiry or request form does not guarantee availability or create a confirmed reservation. A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving approval, completing any required agreements, and submitting any required deposits or payments.
Event Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate event information, including event date, location, guest count, venue requirements, and any other details necessary for proper planning and execution. Failure to provide accurate information may impact service availability, pricing, setup requirements, or the ability to fulfill requested services.
Alcohol Service Disclaimer
Hill Country Sips provides professional bartending services only and does not provide, sell, or supply alcohol. All alcoholic beverages are provided by the client or event host, who is responsible for ensuring alcohol is legally obtained, permitted at the venue, and compliant with all applicable laws and requirements.
Our bartenders provide responsible service and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is underage, visibly intoxicated, or creating an unsafe situation. Hill Country Sips is not responsible for alcohol provided by the client or for guest actions related to alcohol consumption.
Client Alcohol Responsibility (Booking Agreement)
The client is responsible for providing all alcohol, ensuring it is legally purchased, and confirming that alcohol service is allowed at the event venue. The client is also responsible for obtaining any required permits or approvals.
Hill Country Sips provides bartending services only and does not supply alcohol. Our bartenders may refuse service to intoxicated or underage guests and may stop service if safety or legal concerns arise
Rental Equipment Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for the proper use and care of all rented equipment during the rental period. Any loss, damage, excessive cleaning, or misuse of rental items may result in additional charges. Equipment should only be used in a safe environment and for its intended purpose.
